Love this dip! Made it a handful of times. However, has anyone tried it in their crock pot?

    • replied:

So happy to hear that! I haven’t tested it in a crockpot because you won’t really get that crispy cheese topping that you get from the broiler. But you can definitely still warm everything together in your crockpot!

  • says:

This was so good! Followed recipe exactly but cut the pepperoni into strips and sprinkled all over. I brought it to a party and people loved it. This might just be me but I thought it was even better once it was room temp

    • replied:

Perfect! So glad it was a hit!

  • says:

I want to double the recipe but wasn’t sure if I double everything including the sauce?

    • replied:

      Yes, I’d recommend doubling everything!

This got great reviews as a Christmas appetizer. I made ahead, wrapped in foil and transported in my Pyrex warmer case. I made ahead by about an hour. It would have been even better hot out of the oven. Would be great with pita chips, crackers if you didn’t want to do the crostini. So easy to put together.

This was so delicious! I brought it to a Halloween party and it was gone in 5 minutes! Can’t wait to make it again!

Very tasty! Second time around I’m chopping the pepperoni and mixing it into the cream cheese layer. Otherwise, we found one scoop would be pep and mozzarella or would be the cream cheese layer. This way it’s all incorporated with each bite 🙂

Love that idea! Glad you enjoyed!

was perfect for super bowl snack!!

    • replied:

      Such a crowd-pleaser!

  • says:

Haven’t tried this recipe yet, but is it possible to mix everything the day before, and wait to bake it until day of?

    • replied:

      That should work!

Crowd pleaser! I had this recipe saved for months without an excuse to use it (we already eat so much pizza in this household!). We made last minute plans to host a couple of friends for the Super Bowl so I made this and it was a hit! Everyone loved it, even got a comment from someone who said they’d tried a similar dish once before and didn’t like it but this one was amazing. I went a little heavy handed on the cheese (I am who I am) but otherwise stayed true to the recipe. Next time I will definitely experiment with adding different toppings and such.

This was better than I expected. It’s so good! It wasn’t overly rich and the seasoning combination is perfect for flavor. I used the tip for making hot honey. Although it won’t look as good, next time I will cut pepperoni in half for easier eating.

    • replied:

Isn’t it delicious?? Glad you loved it, too!

This is a crown PLEASER! It is a party go-to and the people that have asked me for the recipe now use it as a go-to for themselves as well. It is so easy and tastes ridiculously good. We skipped the hot honey for the kids and you don’t even notice, so dang good!

    • replied:

AHH this makes me SO happy! Glad this recipe is a hit for everyone, Taylor ❤️

This was such a fun recipe to make and it was a big crowd pleaser! The dip with the bread really tasted like a deconstructed pizza. Also the spices on the bread really translated to pizza crust so don’t skip making the side bread. I feel like I found my new party trick – it was a hit!

    • replied:

YAY! I am so glad everyone loved this dip and it turned out amazing for you, Shannon!

Love love loved this dip! So easy to make and love recipes with hot honey. Only change I would make when I make this next is I would use mini pepperoni or just cut them into smaller pieces.

    • replied:

Amazing! SO glad to hear you’re loving this dip and it turned out great for you, Julie. Mini pepperonis are so fun for this recipe and works great!

Monique: This dip is the bomb.com. I’ve made it at least 5 times and it’s a total crowd pleaser. Perfect for football season!

But I do have a question. I entertain a lot and I’m always looking for recipes I can make ahead of time. Could I assemble the dip a day or two in advance and bake it right before guests arrive?

    • replied:

Glad you’re loving this dip!! Absolutely!

I made this for a labor day gathering, and it was so delicious! All of my friends loved it! I made it in my cast iron skilled (greased with olive oil), and it came out perfect! Thank you for the recipe!

Holy addictive. I halved the recipe for 2 of us, and thank goodness – we easily would’ve wiped out a full batch! Used sour cream vice yogurt just to get rid of some old leftovers, and veggie pepperoni. Super solid! Can’t wait to make for a crowd with different toppings.

Literally one of the greatest dips of all time! SO easy and quick to make. It’s just out of this world! Perfect Sunday football dip. Would love to try this over chicken maybe! Amazing, thank you so much!

This looks so good! Would I be able to make this in a crockpot to keep warm for a party?

    • replied:

I have not tested this recipe in the crock-pot. You definitely won’t get the golden top or crispy pepperoni from the broil if you make it in the crockpot. If you give it a try, let me know how it works out for you

  • says:

Hey there! What’s the best type of Greek yogurt full fat or non fat? Can’t wait to make for football Sunday

How are there not more reviews on this?! This is the best dio I’ve ever had. And the hardest part of the whole recipe was waiting for it to cool down before eating.

    • replied:

Thank you so much!! It’s a new recipe that I hope everyone can try because it’s one of my new fav dips, too! Glad you loved it 🙂

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Hope you’ve had a fantastic day! And can’t wait for you to make this one. Vegan cheeses + dairy free yogurt (as long as it’s unsweetened) should work, I think!
