I was in a lunch rut for a while and this revived me! YUM! I swapped in chickpeas and used mostly cilantro and dill for my herbs. Perfect FLAVORFUL meal prep lunch for the week 🙂

Amazing!! That’s how these wraps came to be 🙂 so happy you loved them!

  • Good! But still trying to find a wrap that’s not pretending to be healthy. Those wraps (the mission brand suggested) have food dye to make them green and probably hardly any spinach … along with some other less than desirable ingredients

Try using a big collard green leave (instructions in this post!)

So So good!!! The jalapeños are just the perfect addition to this. The creamy tahini, sweet and spice from the jalapeños and herbaceous from the dill and cilantro. Such a great twist on chicken salad!

We loved this recipe. I used cilantro and parsley, and did a quick pickle with jalapeño, garlic and red onions. We wrapped with cucumbers and avocados, forgetting to add the spinach I painstakingly washed. We thickened the sauce with a spoon of cream cheese as I added a little too much brine. We are eating again tonight with Smokey BBQ chicken I pulled out of the freezer. Happy to have it twice! This is a keeper for sure! I’m thinking it would be a good potluck dish too. Super flavorful.
